This almond butter granola is a very simple recipe to prepare, ideal for a sweet breakfast, perfect for a snack and easy to add it to your Healthy Meal Planning or Batch Cooking. Preheat the top and bottom oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Take a medium-large bowl and mix in ¼ cup of melted coconut oil, ⅓ cup of honey, and ⅓ cup of almond butter. Incorporate together until all ingredients are completely mixed.
Add 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, ½ teaspoon of vanilla powder and ⅛ teaspoon of salt. Mix in well.
