Creamy Philadelphia Chicken Pasta (Cream Cheese Pasta)
There’s nothing better than a plate of this creamy Philadelphia chicken! This decadent dish gets a healthy makeover for weekly dinners.

Add half of the oil into a wide/ deep pan, increasing the heat to high. Season both sides of the sliced chicken breast with salt and pepper. Add the chicken to the hot pan and fry each side for 3 minutes (longer if the pieces are thicker).
Set the chicken aside. Deglaze the sticky meaty bits on the bottom of the pan with a splash of water & add the remaining oil, along with the onion.
Reduce the heat and fry the onions for around 5 minutes. Then, add the garlic, zest of half a lemon, and tarragon. Fry for a couple of minutes.
