Thaw salmon and pat dry
Season salmon with salt and black pepper
Heat pan on medium high with olive oil until shimmering
Add salmon, and lower heat to medium-low
Cook 2 minutes each side, then remove to plate
In the same pan, add butter, chili flakes and garlic to cook until fragrant
