KDCROP Refrigerator Pickles
These are easy pickles that are meant to be kept in the refrigerator since they are not shelf stable. They should be eaten within a month, so date the top of your jar! The recipe calls for cucumbers, but you can also pickle peppers, cauliflower, kohlrabi, and even carrots (preboiled for 2 minutes). Have fun!
