Remove the stems from the berries, then chop. Place the berries, confectioners’ sugar, and salt in a food processor or blender. Blend until pureed and liquid.
Place the butter in a stand-mixer bowl and pour in the pureed strawberries. Using the paddle attachment, whip the butter on medium-low with the strawberries until pink and creamy.
