  1. Thermomix Method:

  2. Place all ingredients into Thermomix bowl and cook 8 mins/100C/rev/speed 2.

  3. Allow jam to cool down before pouring into jars, then place into fridge to set for 2 hours.

  4. Jam will last 7-10 days in the fridge. If you want to keep it longer, freeze in ice cube trays and pop into a bag to store in the freezer for up to 4 months.
