This was a delicious way to use up some buttermilk. I added some dried cranberries (mixed with a bit of flour). Mine was very crumbly when sliced. Not sure if I over-mixed it, or it was the cranberries.
Really good soo easy to make . Perfect !
Ive made this many times adding some stuff here and there or making it as is. This bread is amazing!
