Great recipe exactly as is!
Big disappointment! I was so excited for this, this morning. I followed recipe to a T, only thing different was dividing recipe in 12 for 1. So glad I did , because now don't need to waste all ingredients. I went back to see if I missed anything. Double checked said frozen fruit could be used which I did. Absolutely NO flavor at all. I used frozen mango in other recipes with great result, not here.
I didn't think much about blending the fruit with the milk before adding it, but it makes too much sense. At most, I used to use this machine that purees bananas and adds that to my oatmeal; I still have that machine and still like the peanut butter and banana combination. You like what you like sometimes, and it is easy to keep in a lane.
But I still prefer to try new things and expand my tastebuds and cooking experiences. I like to use what I have in store when in the kitchen, and I just so happened to have a mango that needed imminent attention. With that, this find for breakfast was heaven-sent. Usually, the overnight oats that I have can fit the small shaker cup. A much bigger receptacle would be required with the output from this recipe. It was also not going to be here for merely one breakfast.
Sprinkle some coconut on top, and you have a delicious meal. Much like a curry or stew, it is surprisingly better after a couple of days.
Love this recipe! Game changer to blend fruit with your milk of choice (I do almond) before adding to the oats. You could replace the mango pretty much with any fruit! I make this all the time! I also add unflavored protein powder to the blender and it works great.
This was a hit! Our whole family enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing!

This was so good and easy to make ahead. It almost tastes like healthy rice pudding! But way more filling and healthy! U used fresh mangoes but I’m sure frozen would be delish too! My new favorite breakfast!
