Ingredients: Juice of 2 lemons; Pinch of Salt; 1 cup ice; ¼ cup (60ml) Apple cider vinegar; 1 egg whisked with 1 Tbsp water; 1 cup (240ml) cold water; 5 cups (750g) Flour; 4 tsp (16g) sugar; 4 sticks (450g) cold butter, cut into cubes; 1.5kg (3.3lbs) Autumn Glory apples, cored, quartered, and sliced on a microplane; ⅓ cup plus 2 Tbsp (70g) flour; ½ cup plus 2 Tbsp (125g) raw sugar, plus extra for sprinkling (if you are using an apple that isn't very sweet, increase the sugar ¾ cup

This recipe got a 10/10 from everyone in the house and we all know how picky kids and teenagers can be! Easy to follow - the crust and filling was perfection! I will 100% be making again, definitely need to up my skills on the presentation
