Loved it. Kids loved it.
Used a chocolate chunk for stem and icing for leaf and vine.
I just couldn’t get mine orange enough. But they were still a big hit.

Fun recipe, thank you!
My 5 and 4 yo had a great time measuring, shaping the pumpkins with buttered hands, unwrapping all the tootsie rolls, and putting them together. Kind of a built in fine motor activity :) And really yummy!

I just made these and got 30 from one recipe. Mine are small, about 3 inches across. I used orange food dye, about 10 drops, and they are the perfect color. I dumped them out of the pot to let them cool off a bit and after about 1 minute, started to form them using butter on my hands. Then I went back and pressed them together more tightly and put in the tootsie roll stems and the leaf. These I had already set up so as not to waste time. I separated the tootsie rolls in 2 by twisting them so there was a point for me to insert them in the pumpkin. The leaf was already laying with the stem so I could insert them together. Very cute item!

Easy peasy and super cute! I found this recipe easy to follow and I think they turned out really cute! For those saying it's super messy, color wasn't right, etc, watch the video -I think that really helps. I used mini Reece's for the stem, mini M&Ms for the leaf and gel icing for the vine.

So easy and quick!! Definitely spray a little Pam in your hands as you’re rolling them so they don’t stick as much. Then about 15 minutes after I rolled them and gave each an extra squeeze with wax paper to make sure they were tight. I was surprised how easy these were to make!!
