• ¼ cup tomatoes (chopped)
• 1 cup mozzarella (shredded)
• 1 packet dry yeast
• 2 cups flour (plus more for handling)
• 2 tsp cornmeal
• 1 cup cabbage (shredded)
• ½ cup gorgonzola (crumbled)
• 1 package mushrooms (sliced)
