These are sooooo good! I made one batch, I think they are incredibly versatile and easy to make. Starting on my second batch, I definitely want to keep these "in stock" so that I have something to put out with cheeses and dips. BTW I bought some sesame seeds in bulk at Sprouts, and used my coffee/spice grinder to make the flour. I sieved the mixture so that it would be uniform. Very easy and this way I don't have to have a big amount of flour to keep in the freezer.

I made these using black sesame seeds that I ground myself. They turned out really good.. Though I wish I had rolled them out thinner. I will be making them again soon using already ground sesame flour to see the difference.

Ok i LOVE crackers and your Keto Cheese crackers were one of my early favorites, but this one? Oh My Gosh!! made them last night and they are another game changer! Cheese and crackers? hors d'oeuvres? al fresco dining just got a whole lot easier! and their taste alone is fabulous! I even took a little of the leftover dough and baked tiny balls for the heck of it. Loved every bite and really had to stop myself from eating the entire batch. Thank you again for everything, but especially these!

I just ground sesame seeds in my small attachment to my blender...worked perfectly!
