Pool Dip

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/8 tsp. ground cumin
• 1/8 tsp. smoked paprika
• 1/8 tsp. chili powder
• 2 oz. cream cheese, softened (1/4 cup)
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. dry ranch dressing mix (from 1 [1-oz.] envelope)
• 1/2 cup frozen unseasoned fire-roasted corn, thawed, plus more for garnish (from 1 [12-oz.] pkg.)
• 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper, plus more for garnish (from 1 [8-oz.] bell pepper)
• 1 (4-oz.) can mild chopped green chiles, drained
• 2 Tbsp. finely chopped cilantro, plus more for garnish
