Ingredients: 1 tbsp olive oil; 50 g (2 oz) spinach; 450 g (1 lb) boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced; 2 tbsp Chicken Chilli and Garlic; 1 peppadew roasted red pepper, sliced; 100 g (4 oz) multi coloured cherry tomatoes, sliced; 4 large wheat tortillas; soured cream (optional)

Delicious chicken strips seasoned with a blend of garlic & chilli then pan fried and served in flour tortillas with salad.

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
50 g (2 oz) spinach
450 g (1 lb) boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
2 tbsp Chicken Chilli and Garlic
1 peppadew roasted red pepper, sliced
100 g (4 oz) multi coloured cherry tomatoes, sliced
4 large wheat tortillas
soured cream (optional)

Instructions

Place the chicken in a large bowl, add the Chicken Seasoning and stir to cover the chicken thoroughly.
