Jeffrey's Tips
If you’d rather use cream in place of the Greek yogurt, have at it. Same amount. As mentioned, the Boursin (or any spreadable herb cheese) is completely optional and definitely unconventional. It just adds a final surge of creamy flavor and sets this Tikka Masala apart from the rest.

Excellent! I have made this recipe twice now and so the next time I make it I will cut the tomato sauce in half. I used petite diced tomatoes instead of crushed. This time I use the full half teaspoon of cayenne pepper. My children who live in Seattle who eat a variety of Indian food sad it was just like eating out. This recipe is a keeper.
