Instant Pot beer ribs are cooked in the pressure cooker with beer for liquid, then slathered with orange barbecue sauce and grilled to perfection for extra flavor and fall-off-the-bone tenderness

Instructions
Add the the brown sugar, sea salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika and pepper to a small bowl, and stir to combine
Remove membrane from back of ribs, and rub seasoning mix over ribs
Pour beer into Instant Pot, and place trivet on bottom of pot
Place seasoned ribs on trivet, cover, move valve to sealing position, and hit Pressure Cook for 20 minutes
Allow to naturally release for 10 minutes, then move valve to quick release until pin drops.

NotesRecipe was made in 8-quart Instant Pot electric pressure cooker, using 1 12-ounce bottle of Blue Moon Orange Valencia beer as a liquid. Can use any beer, but flavor may not be the same

I loved these! I made the ribs exactly to the recipe, but I used my own sauce recipe which I added orange juice to... the ribs were AMAZING! I saved the cooking liquid, strained it, and refrigerated it. The next day I removed the fat and made vegetable soup with half the cooking liquid and half water... The soup was amazing, too.
This recipe is a definite keeper. Thank you for posting it
I made these a couple weeks ago. They are so good I had to come back to this recipe to make them again tonight.
