Sheet Pan Green Beans with Italian Sausage
This easy sheet‑pan dinner layers fresh green beans, tossed with olive oil and bold Italian seasonings, with cooked and crumbled Italian sausage and a silky “cheater Alfredo,” all baked under a blanket of melted cheese. It’s weeknight‑friendly, family‑approved, and perfect as a hearty side or a full meal.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
For the sauce, whisk together the condensed soup, Italian cheese and whole milk until well blended. Set aside.
Trim ends off of green beans, rinse well and set aside to drain.
Remove sausage from casing and cook in a skillet until no longer pink; drain and set aside.
Lay beans on a sheet pan or rimmed baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Season evenly with the garlic salt, onion powder, pepper and Italian seasoning and toss.
Sprinkle with half of the shredded cheese.
