These were so tasty! I used a cinnamon almond cashew butter and since it was already a little sweetened I reduced the amount of honey to a little over 1/3 cup. We love the crunch from the Rice Krispies! What a great idea!
These were easy to make and very delicious. I’d ground my flax more, the bulk flax I got from the store was about half ground.
We are taking a long road trip soon and this will be something we take with us. I’m liking forward to having these stocked up for my kids!
These are perfect! I make a batch every few weeks.
“Oh my gosh! They were so good!” That is exactly what my daughter said when I asked her about her lunch today. Even my son who doesn’t like peanut butter likes these. Thanks for this super easy, healthy option for solving our boring school lunch woes!
These are a super hit at my house. We like that it has no eggs or sugar and is no bake. I think this is a healthy choice for a snack or on the go. We've made it 3 times always using chocolate chips but I'm going to try some of the other options next time. So easy to make with very little clean up. Thanks L. Allen, this is a keeper.
I love all her recipes!!! Easy, tasty and I can’t get enough of it!!!
I recommended Lauren to everyone who I had conversation about food (that’s mean a lot of people).
Thank you Lauren!!!
My sweet-tooth family loves these!!! And they are not typically fans of anything remotely “healthy” tasting. I forgot the vanilla, and they were still delicious. I drizzled a tiny amount of melted chocolate on top, but I’m sure they’re wonderful without that too.
I’ve been making these since 2016. Started off as the perfect nursing mama snack with a cup of tea and now my whole family loves these! LOVE this recipe! Thanks for sharing.
Question: is it 186 cal for each single no bake bite? Thanks!
Just made these for the family. They are SO YUMMY! Everyone (even my husband) liked them! :)
What do you do to differentiate between the peanut butter and sunbather bites? We have one child allergic to peanuts, and I anticipate the children getting them mixed up. Thank you!
