Chef's Notes

Notes
Use your preferred instant coffee brand. Instant coffee comes in finely ground or granulated form. Both of them work.
Add more instant coffee to 1.5 or 2 tablespoons if you prefer a stronger, slightly bitter taste in your cold coffee.
If you want a foamy coffee, donโ€™t blend the coffee for too long after adding the milk.
If youโ€™re going to add ice cream, whipped cream, or chocolate sauce, reduce the amount of sugar in the coffee.
You can either have it with a dollop of your favorite ice cream on top or blend it in with the milk.
