  1. Make the salsa: Combine the mango, avocado, cilantro, red onions, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Taste and season with extra lime juice, salt, and pepper as needed. Set aside.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, thyme, black pepper, and chili powder. For a spicier fish filet, add more chili powder or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
