  1. Preheat oven at 375F.

  2. Sift Corn Starch, flour and baking powder, soda, salt and all spice mix in a medium bowl.

  3. In a seperate bowl, blend softened butter and condensed milk. Add Vanilla extract and mix.

  4. Now, alternatively add flour and milk and keep blending till all the flour mix and milk is finished. Batter will be little thicker but do not worry. Remember we still have to add dry fruits and nuts but wait till you are ready to pour batter in trays.

  5. Now, prepare trays. I use small bread loaf trays. Spray trays with oil and sprinkle little bit of dry flour in trays.

  6. Now, fold in dry fruits and nuts but make sure not to overmix.

  7. Pour batter in trays and place on middle rack in preheated oven.
