Finished Vegan Green Chile Double Burger

  1. ⁣Fire roast the Chile, either over the stove top or on a BBQ grill (best if you want to roast a bunch of chilies at once). When skin is blackened and charred, add the chilies to a bowl and cover with foil or plastic wrap for about 20 minutes. Then peel off the skin, and de-seed, and lastly dice them up!

  2. ⁣Prepare the sauce by mixing the mayo with the chipotles in adobo until it’s completely combined.⁣

  3. ⁣Grill your buns on a pan over medium heat in a little oil or vegan butter. Once they have browned a bit, set aside.⁣

  4. Season the patties as you wish, then add to the pan over medium high heat. Grill on each side for about 3 minutes or until you have some nice CRUSTIFICATION. ⁣
