Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Set the instant pot to Sautee. Add the Olive oil and ground beef. Cook and crumble the ground beef until it is browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease if needed,

  2. Stir in the seasonings. Use a silicone spatula to scrape up any brown bits that might be stuck to the bottom of the pan. (This helps prevent the burn indicator message.)

  3. Break the spaghetti noodles in half. Crisscross them over the meat so that they don't stick together.

  4. Add the chicken broth and undrained diced tomatoes over the noodles. Top with marinara and ensure the noodles are submerged.

I made this in my 3 qt and even with the few changes I made (nothing out of pocket) it turned out great.
I used 1 1/2 lb ground beef, seasoned the meat per my usual seasonings, a can of stewed tomatoes and no cream cheese (didn't have any.)
Pot was full but still fit and pasta was doneness with was good. Definitely a keeper & trying it with the cream cheese next time.

Girl, I just had to come back here to tell you I've been making your Spaghetti IP recipe for 5+ years, made it again today for NFL playoffs dinner, and it's just undefeated. Raves all the way around. Followed your recipe to a "T" and it's always perfect.

Thank you forever for this!

These instructions were perfect! I did sub a few things due to lack of original ingredients
. Used italian sausage instead of burger and spices, sautéed onions in the beginning as well, and my diced tomatoes had green chilies in them. I also used thin spagetti (set cook time for 6 min). The pasta was a little under cooked, but after putting in the cream cheese and letting it sit for 10 min with the lid on, it was perfect! Absolutely fabulous! Thank you!

Made it with thick spaghetti, 8 minutes kept it nicely al dente. Doubled the recipe, only used 1 ½ cans of 42 oz sauce, but 4 cups of broth. sauteed onion, garlic and squeeze of tomato paste before adding the ground beef. It was delicious.

Really good and super-quick to make for my family on a busy night!  Cream cheese made it creamy and indulgent. Everyone liked it so much!
Next time I will pre-cook the ground beef for an even quicker meal.

This is my go to recipe for spaghetti now! My husband is really picky and even he loves it. I will make this recipe forever and pass it along to friends and family.
