*Do not blend almond meal too long or it will turn into nut butter!
**You may need to add a few teaspoons of water to the mixture depending on how sticky your dates are.
Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Love this recipe, made it a bunch of times and always comes out delicious! Today I did half almonds and half sunflower seeds, and added some coconut oil and water as my dates were a bit dry. Super yummy!
Yum! Straightforward and quick recipe that I'll stick with! I made two batches, one following the recipe exactly, and the other one mixing almonds and oats, as well as adding Tonka bean instead of vanilla. Since we prefer Mazafati dates that's what I used in both. Delicious!
