Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place the spinach, cheese, cream cheese, and cumin in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.

  2. Spread a thin layer of the spinach mixture onto 2 of the slices of bread. (You may have leftovers.) Add the second bread slices on top to make a sandwich. Add a thin coat of butter to the outside of each sandwich.

Being a dual income family makes it hard to plan, or even think of, what to give/pack our toddler and picky 4.5 yr old to eat. These lists help a ton and I thank you so much for bringing some reprieve to our already stressful lives.

Do you have to wilt the spinach first for the Spinach Grilled Cheese? The recipe above does not mention it but the linked recipe to the Spinach Quesadilla's does.

Thanks!
