I'd never seen a rice pilaf recipe with meat until this one. I'll bet it's delicious. One could subsitute mushrooms for the meat for a vegetarian version. Thank you for sharing, Valentina!

Hi Valentina!
Just wondering, if you had guests over and wanted to make plov, what would you serve it with?
The only thing I am thinking of is a fresh salad... But maybe you have more ideas?

Thanks!

Perfect recipe! Thank you. I used Jasmine rice and omitted the meat -- excellent result!

Did you make this recipe?

Thanks for rating!
