5 stars! Just made this to take to a BBQ - I doubled the recipe - I let it marinate in the fridge for 2 hours and finally could not wait any longer, so I tried some and I can pretty much guarantee it will disappear at this event! Things I did different - I added more olive oil and more salt and more pepper than the recipe states, and I added a tiny amount of ghost pepper paste to the oil and mixed it in before adding (a teeny bit goes a LONG way.) A+++++!
This is delicious! As is. I also add some avocado to it sometimes, but if I could ear the whole bowl myself I would! Thank you!

I have made this salsa for several years. I absolutely love the taste. It's my take to partying dish. Goes like hot cakes!

Delicious! I did add 1/2 tsp more salt and 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
Absolutely delicious! I do add a splash of white wine vinegar to it and it’s a yum!!
