Raspberry Sherbet Party Punch

4.8 / 5 (4 reviews)

This punch is perfect for parties. It's a showy punch and your guests will be intrigued by the fizz, colorful floating fruit and sherbet of course.

Chef's Notes

Add cold water or ice if desired to control how sweet your punch is. Also, keep in mind, once the ice cream is added, the punch will be sweeter.

Loved this punch
Made for my daughters reception but as I was ready for the sherbert it was not in freezer so my son went to truck to see if still out there and mind you this was Jan 11 and here in we had 12” of snow! But it was not brought to church! I thought it was a loss
NO IT WAS MARVELOUS!!! Everyone drank it and my daughter loved it. So make this and if you ever forget the sherbert it’s ok looked like sherbert was in and tasted marvelous!!!

This is so delicious and reminds me of my childhood. I have made it several times for quite a few years now. My one issue: after a while, I end up with the sherbet foaming against the sides of the dispenser and looking a little like stagnant beach foam. Maybe I should be stirring the punch occasionally? Do you ever have this issue? NOTE: I make a double batch for a large dispenser, not in a punch bowl where it would naturally be mixed up over the course of filling glasses.

Hi, This looks amazing. I cant find sherbet ice cream. Can i substitute with sorbet? Can I make ahead and add sherbet just before serving?

Hi Natasha, love all your recipes! We’ve made this punch before and loved it!! We want to make it again but put it in a covered beverage container with a spout instead of a punch bowl. Would that work?

Did you make this recipe?
