Vegan Ceviche Tacos with Guacamole

4.7 / 5 (7 reviews)

These tacos are a vegan remix the classic ceviche and are absolutely perfect for warm summer days. They require just 10 minutes of hands-on cooking and pair wonderfully with an ice cold margarita or beer.

Ok, so that trick with the heart of palm and the seaweed is genius! I added pan seared oyster mushrooms for a second fake fish texture and it worked great. My husband walked in and sniffed and said “I smell fish! You’re making fish tacos?” So I think that’s a win!

Oooh these had a nice kick and I only added half of a fat jalapeno.....although I am Mexican I like a mid spice level. I followed directions to a T and although had nori decided not to use it bc I didn't really care to add the fishy taste. I plan to use as a light summer dinner as it's just too hot to turn on the oven!
Thanks Nisha!

I'm a new vegan and excited to try as many of your recipes as possible. Thank you for the video instructions and the diversity.

Hi Nisha! I just made this for dinner tonight, and it was a HUGE hit! Even with my kids! Easy to make and delicious. I left out the dulse flakes and still amazing! Thank you for this great recipe. Definitely a keeper!

Before going vegan, ceviche was one of my favorite dishes, so I was super excited to try this recipe. I'd never used or tasted dulse flakes and added them per the recipe. I wish I would have started with half that amount and added more, if needed, or left out altogether. The taste (and particularly the smell) was very overpowering, but that's totally just my opinion. You are my absolutely favorite chef--everything I've made of yours was delicious and perfect...this recipe just wasn't for me. There had to be a first! :) :) :)

Thank you seeking to impart your worldview on Nisha. The world needs more people like you to police them and save them from themselves!

Delicious, light, fresh and easy. Best of all I didn't have to turn on the stove in this heat... loved it❤
