I like to add bananas and walnuts to these waffles. It tastes great!

These waffles are delicious! I doubled the recipe and made them with vanilla yogurt, exactly like the directions, and the whole family enjoyed them. The extra few left-over were frozen and then popped into the toaster to reheat.

1/4 cup to each plate of my waffle maker at 375*F for about 5-6 min. They were amazing the next day too after a min in the toaster oven to warm.

These turned out fluffy and delicious. I added an extra 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon so I could eat these on the go without syrup.

FYI: This makes 4 Belgian-style waffles.

I love this recipe and make it over and over again. The waffles have substance and they taste great! You can even just eat them plain.
