Layer your jars in this order: sauce, chicken, veggies, noodles, garnishes.
Swap out the soba noodles for vermicelli or ramen (although it will increase the calorie count).
Store these jars in the fridge for 4-5 days. Shake up the mason jar then dump it into a bowl.
Freeze the chicken for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight then reheat in the microwave or add it to your salad jars cold.
