This recipe is vegan and gluten free.
We noticed that this gravy definitely gets a lot thicker once it’s cooled, as almost all do. Microwaving it brings it right back to the perfect consistency. If you make this ahead of time, just keep that in mind before placing it on the Thanksgiving table.

This came out great! I didn’t have Thyme so used rosemary :)
So delicious! Tastes so yummy on some rosemary mashed potatoes! I didn't have any onion but it still tasted amazing! Can't wait to use this for Thanksgiving this year!
I've tried it with pea protein milk and it worked amazing as well!
