Preheat deep fryer to 375.
Add about 2 Tbs water to a small dish, set aside.
In egg roll wrapper add your about 2-3 Tbs of ground sausage, top with 2-3 Tbs of eggs.
Sprinkle on about 1 Tbs bacon, 1-2 Tbs cheese.
Finish by spreading desired amount of salsa over your cheese - depending on how hot you want it.
Roll up egg roll style before sealing using your water spread a little bit on edges and corner and roll tightly and press down.
