Ingredients: 400 g of Milk Chocolate; 2 x Peppermint Crisp Bars; 2 x 40g Mint Aero Bars; 140 g of Mint Maltesers; 100 g of Crispy Mint M&M's; 50 g of Mint Leaves; 2 x Mint Patties; 120 g of Marshmallows

Ingredients

400 g of Milk Chocolate
2 x Peppermint Crisp Bars
2 x 40g Mint Aero Bars
140 g of Mint Maltesers
100 g of Crispy Mint M&M's
50 g of Mint Leaves
2 x Mint Patties
120 g of Marshmallows

Instructions

Cut the marshmallows in half and roughly chop the peppermint crisps, mint patties and mint aero bars into large chunks and place into a large bowl.
Add the marshmallows, mint M&M's and half of the mint Maltesers to the bowl and set aside until needed.
Line a 20cm square cake tin with baking paper - make sure you leave plenty of paper hanging over the sides to help you remove the Chocolate Mint Rocky Road once it's set.
Roughly chop the remaining Mint Maltesers into pieces and set aside until needed.
Break the milk chocolate into squares and place it into a microwave safe bowl and cook for 30 second spurts until it has just melted.
