Vanilla: I do recommend using vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, as it helps all the flavors pop, but if you don't have them both, don't sweat it!
Frozen berries: Instead of using frozen strawberries, you can use another frozen berry.
Non-dairy milk: Use any dairy-free milk or regular milk... just make sure it doesn't have added sweetener or the smoothies will turn out too sweet.
Fiber: You can use chia seeds, flax seeds or hemp seeds.
