  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4.

  2. Heat oil in a frying pan, add leeks and onions and sauté until vegetables are soft. Add mustard to the pan and fry for a further minute.

  3. Transfer to a casserole dish and top with mushrooms. Combine the Schwartz Chicken Casserole Recipe Mix with water in a jug then pour over the vegetables.
