Simple Syrup: If you’re using strawberries that aren’t as ripe you might want to add more than ⅓ cup of simple syrup. Taste and add as you go.
Lime Juice: use fresh lime juice for optimum flavor.
You shouldn’t need to add crushed ice (that will just dilute the flavor) because we use frozen strawberries to get the thick, cold signature texture and consistency of a daiquiri drink.
Topping idea: I’ve had several virgin strawberry daiquiri’s that have been topped with freshly whipped cream, you’re more than welcome to add some to the top for extra flair and flavor!
This makes enough for 1 large serving (around 16 oz), or 2 small servings.
