Wow! I have made blueberry scones with other recipes, but this one was a game changer.
Not only was the prep and bake times under an hour, but it was super easy to assembly and ingredients I had in my fridge and freezer.
These are an erotic sensation on the pallet- it puffed like like a French pastry and has the most amazing crisp to its crust and a soft , "moist" center.

I live in a humid environment, so the dough did see wet when kneading. I formed it as such and dusted with flour on top and bottom before slicing.

This recipe my my knees buckle!
Thank you

This recipe need no modifications.

I made these into mini scones for my toddlers and they loved them!!! Baked at 400 for 20 minutes. Froze most of them for future snacks!

Soo delicious and incredibly moist. I had trouble with the dough staying together at first so the two extra tablespoons of cream came in handy. I halved the recipe but may still add a bit more vanilla and a little lemon zest next time. Thank you for the wonderful recipe. This makes me love scones again.

Baked these over the weekend and they were a big hit! I used wild blueberries and think they added a nice touch. But did turn the dough kinda purple lol.

This is the best blueberry scone recipe I've ever used! And I've made tons! Flaky, not dry, and tons of blueberries.

I made these for Sunday brunch and they turned out really well! I used extra blueberries but I won’t do that again because they fell apart a little because there were so many berries. My fault though.
