*Gluten-Free Alternative: 1 1/3 cups brown rice flour, 2/3 cup tapioca starch, and 1/4 cup potato starch may be substituted for the all-purpose flour listed in the above ingredients.

These are really good. Made a few as a test run and the family ate them all. Need to put a fried egg on them next time. Used green chile salsa instead of chopped green chiles and strained some liquid out. Worked out well.
