  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with aluminum foil, then set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together panko breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Add ground beef, ground pork, eggs, olive oil, and garlic to bowl with dry ingredients. Using a spatula (or even just your hands), mix or knead meat into dry ingredients until thoroughly combined.
