Notes Make sure your chicken breasts are thin. Brilliant, what a great way to use nachos on a chicken breast. I had some inspiration reading this recipe. One question .. Would it be possible to blitz the nachos and pane the chicken instead of using breadcrumbs?

I've been making a version of this for years. It's my "go to" when theres not much left in the house & I'm short on time & inspiration! The only difference is I sprinkle low sodium taco seasoning on the breasts first & I've never added the tortilla chips. I'm now wondering how that never occurred to me!! Next time I'm trying it your way!!
