Made this and totally satisfied my craving. Topped with lightly sweetened whipped cream (canned). I used one big spoon to measure out oats, flour, brown sugar and a knob of butter. 2 plums. 2 minutes. Done and done. Definitely recommend!

Thank you for this recipe! It came out really well. We have gluten allergy in the family, so I used gluten-free flour. The whole thing, prep + cook came to hardly 15 mins. I used a medium-sized ramekin and placed it on a plate to catch any drips. I used plums this time, but will def make again with other stone fruits. Thank you!
