My husband and I tried this recipie and we LOVED IT. He is a chef and he said you can never go wrong with bacon and feta!

Eating and commenting - that’s how worth it is to rate this delicious recipe!
We used Trader Joe’s Mediterranean feta and paired this chicken dish with roasted rainbow carrots and wild rice.

Awesome! I’ve already sent this recipe to friends and family to try, as well.

Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!

This is such a great recipe. I've been making it for a couple years now and it's become a family favorite. Thanks so much for sharing. Please leave the peanut butter remark! We all need a little humor. Other than steamed veggies, do you have any Mediterranean veggie recipes you'd recommend with this? Or possibly a pasta and veggie recipe? Thank you!

I made the recipe for dinner this evening and it was easy, simple and tasty. Used French feta which is significantly creamier than the typical grocery store feta. Next time I’ll put mix some oregano into the feta used to stuff the breast. I doubled the sauce as one reviewer suggested.

I’m planning to serve it when a group of friends come over for dinner. Easy to assemble the dish ahead of time. 30 minutes before your serving time put it in the oven and relax.

I always double the sauce recipe and serve with rice. The extra sauce and rice is so good together:)

This was amazing! Made it tonight and the fam is very satisfied. I ended up making spaghetti with a white wine lemon thyme sauce to go with it! Curious if the calories is for one piece of the chicken or two? Thank you for sharing
