  1. Whisk together ranch dressing seasoning and buttermilk. Stir in the mayonnaise and vinegar and set aside.

  2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and run water over the pasta to cool slightly.

  3. Place pasta in a large bowl and add the dressing. Stir well to coat the pasta.

I made this today and am waiting until tomorrow for the flavors to set up. I had a taste before putting it in the fridge and was very happy with the results. I made a couple of minor changes… Most of my family dislike raw tomatoes. I left them out and subbed in 1/2 cup of frozen peas cooked for half the time recommended and 1/4 cup of red bell pepper cut into 1/3” squares.
As a side note, I made the ‘mistake’ of purchasing Hidden Valley Ranch’s ‘Restaurant-Style Dressing packets’. They are only .4 oz each but made the same amount of dressing as the ‘Original’ 1 oz packets.
