Steamed Chard

This simple recipe will teach you how to make delicious and simple steamed chard. Don't overcook the greens when you steam them so that they keep their color and nutritional value. Strip the leaves of the chard from the thick stems, and wash again. Set aside in a bowl, still wet. Thinly slice the stems.
